Rusticae is much more than a mere brand of hotels. We started out by striving to redefine the very concept of quality in our hotels and our daily efforts remain steadfastly focused on that goal.
Rusticae aims to offer memorable life experiences to those who choose to spend their special moments in one of our hotels--each of which has been carefully selected by our team for its unique character, charm, and attention to detail.
Rusticae is the name which best reflects the sensations and experiences which have blossomed from our company since 1997. That year we began selecting exclusive hotels for their architecture, surroundings, customer service, attention to detail, or for a sense of being in a unique and special place.
These are quaint, lovingly decorated hotels that offer very personal, yet professional service. Each hotel offers unique experiences to discerning guests who seek sensations inspired by the cultural, historical, and geographical heritage and treasures.
This uncompromising quest for quality has rewarded us with over 200 hotels in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, and Argentine. Our team has hand-picked each one with exceptional care. These charming establishments are often the fruit of patience and hard work by individuals or families who have built them up with the same kind of affection and discretion with which they treat their appreciative guests.
Rusticae comprises two distinct types of hotels, each presenting a different kind of experience.
A) Rusticae country hotels: Quaint, charming hotels in the countryside or in privileged areas of natural beauty.
B) Metrópoli: Quality city hotels for those who wish to stay in the city without sacrificing a sense of uniqueness and charm.
In 2009 we created DEGUSTAE a restaurant quality club that offers the best of culinary tradition. Restaurants where the quality of the ingredients and the respectful creation of the taste, aroma and texture is what is valued. The selection of restaurants is one of the keys to the success of this Project and we have created a Committee of Experts comprising chefs, on trade professionals and gourmet customers. In addition to our quality club, Rusticae carries out a series of activities related to the hotel sector, such as consulting and training services, in addition to the Official Master's Degree Program in Management of Charming Hotels.
We operate as travel agency under the name of Rusticae Viajes S.L., CICMA 2258.
